Deer, Deer, Deer Everywhere!

After our big dinner the other day, we took a drive up the mountain. We saw maybe 20 or 30 deer along the side of the road. Their spring coats had not come in yet and they were downright ugly, but they just stood there. They didn't run or seem to be scared at all. It was so neat to see!

David & I were driving down Poplar, a street in Central Casper, when I glanced down a side street and saw a deer walking across the street. I said "LOOK" to David, but we were already past the street. He turned around and we couldn't see the deer, after accusing me of having poor eyesight, he turned around on the cul-de-sac and this is what we see. In the heart of the city on a Spring night...

The Silver Fox

Apparently my absence has been noted. After we got back from our Easter trip, I was feeling pretty blah about things. I was offered(and accepted) a job today & I feel absolutely rejuvenated and committed once again to Casper.

David took me to celebrate my new job at a place called The Silver Fox. It was a pretty fancy smancy (yes that is a made up word) restaurant. The food was absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere was elegant and romantic!
