People in Casper take their dogs EVERYWHERE. It does not matter the time of day or the temperature outside, you can pull into the parking lot of Wal-Mart and find half a dozen vehicles with a dog waiting for their family. We have taken to following local custom. Bailey goes everywhere with us. I think I can count on one hand the number of times we have left him home when we go on an outing. He LOVES his car rides & will cry if the window is not rolled down for him or he feels the trip was too short. We love that silly mutt.
